Welcome to the Acoustic Edge Institute’s official web site. We are a vocational school that is known for teaching car audio installation, mobile video installation, security installation and many subjects that interact with those as well. We also offer instruction over speaker enclosure and design classes.
We are also known as the leading fabrication school. We teach fiberglass fabrication, metal fabrication, welding, Plexiglas or acrylic fabrication, motorization, wood working, and much more. You will learn how to work with several different chemicals as well as many different tools.
We are a Custom Interior or Upholstery School. You will learn how to repair, build and recover seats, head liners, door panels and dash boards. We also provide you with great instruction over how to construct carpet kits.
Last but not least, 2007 brought us a new and exciting course called Multimedia. In this course you will further your mobile electronics knowledge with the knowledge of home electronics. We will study every thing from security alarms, fire alarms, personal assistance, intercoms, telephones, cable TV, home theater, whole house audio, home automation, camera systems, and access control systems. This course will set you above the rest of the competition by giving you a variety of training in different areas.
As an installation school, we have several very unique subjects to choose from in order to create a successful learning experience. The subjects within the courses all result in you having the ability, and knowledge to be able to customize any part of the interior of a vehicle, as well as some external parts, and now even the electronics in the home.
