State Approved and Licensed by Texas Workforce Commission.
We are registered with and licensed by the state of Texas. Registered and Licensed means we have met all the standards imposed by the state in order to be a licensed school. Licensed means that we have met all of the extensive standards required by the state in order to operate as a school. You have to maintain and meet certain state requirements in order to remain a school. One of which is that at least 70% of our students must gain employment. To get Licensed in Texas is one of the most difficult states to achieve this because of their strict standards. These standards are in place for a good reason and helps us to be a better school.
Job Placement
Though we can't guarantee job placement as no-one can, we are proud to announce that the majority of our students that took Career Package #3 gained employment last year. Most of which were employed with-in the first month after graduating. As a past student of our institute we provide you an option to post yourself as a past graduate and allow employers to contact you for employment. Always keep in mind that we will do everything we can to help you to gain the right job for you skills.
MECP
We are proud to announce that we are currently set up for students to take the MECP online and get their results instantly instead of waiting 6 to 8 weeks to see if they passed. With our years of training experience, if you do what we ask you their should be no problem on passing.
The Class Room
Equipped with a cutting edge Sound Wall designed to help develop an understanding of the acoustics in the car audio environment. The room is used to educate student's throughout the course for things such as Gain Setting, Equalization, Crossovers, Tuning, Staging, Imaging, Trouble Shooting, Wiring, Soldering and much much more. The class room is designed to be extremely educational and a fun experience. In here you will be able to experience and learn in an environment designed to be both educational as well as entertaining. We would like to thank, Memphis Car Audio, Audio-Bahn, Omega, CrimeGuard, JL Audio, Winn-Tech, Stinger, Monster Cable, Panasonic, Compustar, and Audio Control for donating equipment for teaching purposes in our class room as well as developing the many show vehicles we have.
The Install Bay
Our huge Installation facility has adequate space & tools to accommodate all students when teaching the hands on portions of the course. While here you have the option to work on your own vehicle to install stereo equipment, alarms, remote starts, video, and navigation. Having the Install Bay set up to accommodate the hands on learning greatly improves the student's ability to learn faster and at the same time gaining the hands on experience that has been proven to be the most affective learning tool for a lot of people. We can help you get good deals on any security equipment needed.
The Wood Shop
The Wood Shop is equipped with top of the line Power Tools. The size of the Wood Shop as well as the quantity of tools are laid out and placed properly to accommodate a full class of students without continually having to wait on tools. We have set it up with an array of very impressive equipment such as the top of the line Jet Table Saw with Integrated Beisemeyer Fence, Delta, Porter Cable, Dewalt, Bostich, Jet, CR Onsrud, Jessem, Amana, CMT, Bosch, Makita, and many others. The selection of tools will help you to explore and learn the latest wood working and custom installing techniques being offered in the Industry today.
